About Lies Helsloot
Hello, my name is Lies Helsloot. I am a Transformation Mentor, Quantum Human Design™ Specialist Level 4, and the creator of the 7-step TAKE YOU TIME™ Method, a holistic approach that helps career-driven individuals navigate life transitions and reconnect with their true selves.
I guide men and women through the power of self-care, Human Design aligned decision-making, and personal transformation so they can move from exhaustion, stress, and crisis to a life of health, wealth, and fulfillment. My work integrates Quantum Human Design™, holistic well-being & health coaching, and spiritual growth, offering a unique approach to healing and empowerment.
