New Year’s resolutions are BULLSHIT. Why making New Year’s resolutions doesn’t work. Today is January 4…. that’s 4 days into the new year…. If you’ve been following me for a while on instagram, facebook or YouTube or in my closed FB communities you already know that I don’t believe in the good intention lists that everyone makes around this time. Why put off until a later date what you can do today? Good habits, good health is not something you plan but just DO! All those good resolutions you make around New Year are BULLSHIT until you DO them. So I repeat: New Year’s resolutions are BULLSHIT. Why making New Year’s resolutions doesn’t work
That’s my secret and that’s the simplicity of my method which is all about taking more Take You Time by incorporating more daily walks, 15k steps a day, exercise, good eating habits, supplements, herbal treatments and more Take You Time moments in general into your life and all while being able to perform at top level in your job (equal whether it’s at home or somewhere else) or in your business. As an entrepreneur and a single mom running 2 businesses, I know how busy life can be and I know all the excuses why you can’t take care of yourself. That’s exactly why I know how to strike that sensitive chord with you to get started today with DOING what you would normally only plan in that fancy new planner of yours. My method works for everyone and is founded around my principles of more TAKE YOU TIME where walking every day is a key pillar for a healthy, fit and slim body but also a head that is free of headaches. Walking is a fantastic outlet and so simple! Just put on those walking shoes under your outfit and possibly a raincoat in case of bad weather. That’s all there is to it. You can walk anywhere: in your own neighborhood, around your workplace and at your workplace (in the hallway, stairs,…), at the airport, … Just walk in silence to clear your head or walk while listening to an inspiring podcast or an audiobook. Or just catch up with a friend or family member or brainstorm with your colleagues? It’s all possible while walking.
