21 days to Heal Your hair: day 13: Love yourself and grow healthy hair.
Welcome on my blog! Thank you for joining me on day 13 of “21 days to heal your hair”.
Let’s talk about how positive affirmations and messages can help you to grow healthy hair. We women can be so harsh on ourselves. When we look into the mirror we are so critical: we criticize the wrinkles in our face, the dimples on our ties and we talk negative on the way our hair looks. We tend to focus only on the negative things and that is not the way to feel good about yourself. Why don’t you start to focus on what is good and beautiful about your hair. I want you to send yourself a positive message about your hair everyday. A nice and inspiring way to do that is to use sticky notes. Every night before you go to sleep, write yourself a tiny message on a sticky note and put that on your mirror in the bathroom. In the morning it will be the first thing you see when you get up and go brush your teeth.
Talking in positive uplifting words about ourselves does have an affect on your body and wellbeing. It brings you in another vibrational state that is so powerful that it can really help you heal your hair.
So tonight, I am going to write myself a note: I am not going to focus on the fact that I have thin hair, but I am going to write this in stead: “I love my natural waves and I love myself”.
