21 days to Heal Your hair: day 11: Meditation for healthy hair.

Welcome back to my tips on how to “take YOU time” to heal your hair. Yesterday we talked about how breathing can help you to relax and reduce stress because stress is a major factor in hair problems and hair loss. Today I would like to talk about how meditation helped me to get my life back and helped me grow my hair back after loosing about 30 percent of it.
Meditation does not have to be complicated. There are many ways to do it. For example everyday, usually in the early morning, I take some time to just sit on the floor and close my eyes. In summer time when the mornings or evenings are not too chilly, I love sitting under a giant oak tree near my house.
I first concentrate on my breathing to relax and ground myself. Then I just sit and try to clear my mind. This quiet moment helps me to tap into my own strength and makes me more clear and focussed.
There are also people who enjoy walking in nature as a form of meditation or they choose to draw to clear their mind. Find your own way of meditation. Maybe taking a course in meditation or reading a book on the subject might get you on your way.
